Love, Christie began as a heartfelt journey, inspired by a childhood passion for creating. At just 12 years old, I learned to sew under the guidance of my Aunt Sharon, who introduced me to the art of bringing fabric to life. It was during those formative years that I discovered the magic of crafting clothing that felt truly unique. I still have the first dress I ever made—a reminder of how far this dream has come.

In middle school, my love for sewing grew as I served as president of the Sewing Club, where we created dresses from pillowcases to help children in third-world countries. That experience not only deepened my skills but also taught me the importance of using fashion to make a difference.

Fast forward to 2020, amidst the global pandemic, I found myself returning to sewing as a form of solace. Using a toy sewing machine gifted to me by my mom, I began creating swimsuits as a personal challenge. It was then that the idea for Love, Christie was born—a brand where swimwear isn’t just clothing; it’s an extension of confidence, creativity, and individuality.

In college, at Texas State University, I joined the Fashion Merchandising Association, where I had the opportunity to model for both established and emerging brands. These experiences gave me a deeper appreciation for fashion’s transformative power and helped me forge connections that continue to shape this journey today.

Our debut collection, The Bakery, celebrates sweetness in every form, featuring Strawberry and Chocolate-inspired designs that are as delightful as they are stylish.
