At Love, Christie, every piece is handmade with love and created just for you. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on made-to-order items. Please read our policy carefully and contact us with any questions before placing your order.


Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or defective.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly work with you to resolve the issue. Please follow these steps:

1. Contact us within 3 days of delivery at christie@lovechristieco.com.

2. Provide your order number and include clear photos of the item and the issue.

3. Once approved, we will issue a replacement or store credit.


Order Modifications

Since each item is made-to-order, we allow changes to your order within 24 hours of purchase. After this timeframe, we are unable to make adjustments as production begins immediately.
