How to Measure Yourself

• Bust: Wrap the measuring tape around the fullest part of your chest, keeping it level with the ground.

• Waist: Measure around the smallest part of your waistline, usually just above the belly button.

• Hips: Measure around the widest part of your hips, keeping the tape snug but not tight.
