Processing Time

• Each item is made-to-order, which requires a processing time of 7-10 business days before shipping.

• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.


Shipping Options & Delivery Times


We currently offer the following shipping options at checkout:

• Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-7 business days after processing.

• Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1-3 business days after processing.


Please note that delivery times are estimates and do not include processing time.


Shipping Costs


Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.


Order Tracking


Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey.


International Shipping


At this time, Love, Christie ships only within The United States. We hope to expand to additional locations in the future!


Lost or Delayed Packages

• Love, Christie is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or customs processes.

• If your tracking information shows your package as delivered, but you haven’t received it, please contact the carrier directly for assistance.


Incorrect Shipping Information


Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. Love, Christie is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
